Let me recall why am I feeling down today..

1. Tongue got ulcer. The previous one on my gum is still there.

2. My viewfliper still not working yet.

3. Ate one whole chilli padi by accident thinking that it was carrot. (because it's orangey-red in colour)

4. Meeting today and I got bad review.. Well, I kinda expected it though. Things aren't working that great yet. And I don't have a virtual device that could make live demo.

5. Rain.

6. Twisted my ankle again. The same leg. dammit.I guess it's still not heal completely..


In addition , today no one accompany me through the journey back home.. haha..

But I have meme and 9gag~ so I read them the whole journey back.

Been sleeping late lately.. and waking up early..

and back to weekend..

I'm just and intern now, and I'm thinking like this already.
I really can't imagine what I will think when I'm really working.
O_O

I mean, work is fun actually when the things are actually working out.
It's a turn off when I can't get the thing solved.
Not to say I don't want to ask my senior about it..

I just feel that I don't really wanna bother them unless I'm desperate,
and shucks, that's my nature.
I'd love to solve things out myself first before I actually ask for it.
Good thing? Bad thing? I don't know.

After work is fun too, now that I got people to accompany me back ^^,
at least at most of the route back to my station.

So, to be honest, there are good and bad thoughts about working. :P

HOLIDAYYY!!!

Finally I can feel the holiday after so long.
But feels like time is running short ):
gotta enjoy as much as possible

I'm downloading Running Man episodes right from where I was left with since my source.. *ahem* is cut.
Though it's slow.. one day perhaps I could only get 1 or 2 episodes maximum.. but yet, i'm trying my very best to download! TT_TT

Fun day indeed.

Having  not enough sleep last night, I was barely surviving in office..

//not.

I've been trolling too much today with my colleague.

This is what usually happens when I don't get enough sleep.

I go hyper.

And dead by the end of the day.

THE TRAIN WE TOOK FROM KERINCHI STATION WAS EMPTY!

So why am I so excited about it?
You see, kerinchi station is not the laaaast station of the Kelana Jaya route for Putra LRT.
it's like.. 5th or 6th from Kelana Jaya, and 16th or 17th station from Gombak Station.
and why was it empty when it arrived at Kerinchi station?? @@"

beats me.


Nevertheless,
WE RAN TOWARDS THE FRONT COACH!!
and took over the seats, like a boss~ 
oh yeahh~

Although it wasn't much but I'm satisfied for the week..

Updated Blogger droid

Blogger droid was really handy when it comes to blogging without having to switch on your laptop.

But since it was updated..

It turns out that every "enter" (next line) I press it actually did a double spacing.

It looks ugly.

Nevertheless, they've come up with the typestyle option to bold, strikethrough, italic, and underline for the texts.

Which to me it's kinda good.

Though I would prefer them to come up with colors for text option..

or text size options just like how it is done with the web.

But.. one could not expect everything to be the same as the other. otherwise.. you could just use the computer instead.

Im pretty much satisfied with the new functions ^^

But of course, I would love it if they could implement these in their future enhancement. ^^

2012 My Valentine's day

Hi again, I've been spamming quite often for these two days eh? :P

I've missed out spamming on my valentine's day for 2012!!

This year's Valentine's day was just like any ordinary day..
//so I thought..

It falls on a Tuesday so I'm working on that day.

Though I did have a plan for this year's Valentine, which is to go back, eat and sleep. pretends that it's any ordinary day...
but turns out.. It was a good one.

My bro, Andrew decided to celebrate Valentine's at home too.. together with mom and dad and his gf of course..

This time around.. they'll be preparing for dinner..

which the menu is... //drum rolls...

It was quite late when they both got home from work together with the ingredients..

There was a major traffic jam in KL that day where he was stuck for 2hours!

Anyway, why do I even care to make a post for this?




This is pretty much why ..
It wasnt any ordinary spaghetti meals I had before.

It actually takes time to prepare..

Though the taste wasnt that different from normal tomato based sauce, the spahetti preparation is indeed different for occasion like this.

The whole outcome was half a failure :P

why? The part where the spaghetti is in the sausage was not fully cooked. it was still quite raw. But.. the sauce added with my bro secret ingredient was awesome!!

Anddddd! we had our dinner at 9pm!

//which was quite late..

and finish it off with some red wine

It was a good one since Valentine's day wasnt about celebrating with you significant other..

You could too celebrate them with your loved ones..like family.

Me as an intern

Done talking about the general stuff on my work there.. I shall write a little bit on the other side of work.

First week of intern is full of curiousity.

They were asking me mostly on my background.

Where I'm from. How I got to know about Syntronic. Why did I choose Syntronic. Is intern my last sem Do I have to go back to uni to continue on my studies after intern and so on..

First day itself I've been told by Jenny thay my department always have lunch together.

Indeed, on the first day I was asked to go have lunch together. I was worried that I would have to have lunch alone.. ><

There were quite a few embarassing incidents because I still did not recognize people from my department yet. But.. I shall leave that aside. xP

On every Friday, the company will have tea break where it is sponsored by the company itself.

That first week on my intern, we had some snacks from The Chicken Rice Shop.

It was a new thing to me since I never really had the chance to have the snacks there..

But to my collegues, they're expecting something new. haha..

The choices of food is limited there..

I actually got to experience grabbing the tea break for the office last Friday since the tradition is that the newbie will go with a senior to buy tea break.

So I went with a senior from the embedded team, Jonathan to buy tea break.

He is really nice to talk with. and I would say that he's a level more sarcastic than I am. xP

So while waiting for the shop to prepare for the food we ordered, we had a nice chat.

Being in my department, where everyone is really quiet doing their work, getting the chance to talk is really good to release some of the work pressure.

The mood eventually gets lighter. ^^

It's been the fourth week working as an intern in Syntronic.

Well, things just got better.

To be honest, I'm actually starting to like my job here.

The people here are cool.. fun.. and friendly.

It wasn't anything like what I've heard from the others..

like the seniors will bully the interns.. or things like that..

They're very helpful. (:

So how have my days gobe so far that I'm posting lesser and lesser in this blog?

Well, here's what I've been up to.

I've been assign to an Android development for an in-house project.

As excited as I was, not forgetting that Android is written in Java language.. I regretted that I did not take an interest in learning Java.

But basically.. uni doesnt teach me that much on Java..

Everything was like total basic to introduce us to OO Programming

Nevertheless, I'm grateful that they did expose us to OOP.. Otherwise I'll be living in hell right now.

The thing is.. designing the application is easy.. there are plenty of source found by googling.

But now that it's time to implement on the web service thingy..

I suck at it.

I never knew how internet really works.

How'd you configure internet. and all those things related.

Now.. I'm pretty much doomed.

And with the SSL thing aplied to the web service.. You can imagine how I practically stares at the computer for whole day.

Nevertheless... this company is good.

Boss is nice.. collegues are friendly.. ((:

Random: Sudden similiar question

So this morning I was asked by Ms. Mok, what's latest song to download,
I assume, that is latest kpop songs.

Well, to be honest, I haven't really updated myself with kpop songs since i'm busy watching back old kdrama. So the latest song I download would be the OST.
which are nice. d:

But seriously, I haven't been keeping much update on latest kpop songs T_T
feel super guilty now.

And after I had forgot my guiltiness, Mr. Chua asked me the same question!!
RAWR!! AND I WAS BACK IN GUILT!

so I went kpop songs hunt.
Doesn't matter if it's old or new.
If I like it, I like it.


That reminds me, I gotta clean my harddisk..
It's too full for my songs updates T_T

It seems that it's because of "Lai Chun" or the start of a new year, that is moving to the Dragon year according to the Chinese zodiac.
I wonder if there's actually a science to it. I bet it has..
Otherwise an egg wouldn't stand.
Or maybe normal times we didn't try well enough

While writing this post, i'm hungry..

I'm thinking of so many methods to cook this egg..

Internship: Day 1

It was the very first day as an intern.. also the first day of me working.
Well, I never really had the chance to work before ><"

So first day report to the company was kinda awkward. LOL.

Nevertheless, I was lucky to actually met one of the staff at the elevator
thus I don't have to wait outside of the office door because I don't have a staff pass..

So I went in the office and was told to wait there since the manager wasn't around yet.
Waited for almost 10 minutes and was told to wait in the meeting room.
yet, another 30 minutes gone by waiting like that.

Well, the first day of my internship was really .. nothing much besides waiting.
Then the IT Security staff came along setting up the laptop and such for the briefing.

Ms. Jenny from HR then came in and passed me the forms to be filled..
she said she thought that someone had already passed me the forms that's why she left me in the waiting room, thinking that I could use that time to fill in the form.
But actually, no one does until she came. LOL.

So eventually I filled up the form she gave me and had briefing on HR department
then IT Security department briefing about the Do's and Don'ts in the office.
It's pretty much what I've learned from ethics and Data security things.
So I was able to understand the terms he mentioned. .__."

Funny thing is he even asked me whether I know what's a shredder was. RAWR!

Then I was shown to my seating place and started adding the staffs ID to my skype.
They said that was how they communicate in the office.

Adding halfway and my department manager bring me for the project briefing.
Telling me which project that they were working on and which will I be  following.
Both project has its pros and cons..
And I knew that both project outcome could taught me a lot of new experiences!
I was overwhelmed to actually manage to involved in a project. (:

Right after the briefing, it was 12 noon already. LUNCH TIME!
I joined the team for lunch..
It seems that they often go lunch together.. together with the manager too...
The food at the nearby food court was tasteless. and expensive ><"

Back from lunch at 1pm, and I went for meeting at 2pm.. joining them for  the project meeting
The meeting lasts for 3 hours. 
Shocking. That was the first time I was in a meeting for that long.

Even longer than the meeting held by Johnson during CLICQ.

.____.

At 5pm, it was our department meeting.. it was about the updates of the team members project  and introduction.
Meeting lasts about 40 minutes and Mr. Par brought me for tour around the office

I was introduced to the departments managers 

and finally, when the tour is done, it's already 6pm..
TIME TO GET OFF FROM WORK~

Pretty much nothing on first day.
But I was glad to join this company! (:

I hope I'll be able to enjoy my intern and learn lots of things!

Oh ya!! the teammates was friendly and kind too! ^^"
