WHAT? I'm turning into a workaholic?
I may seem that way. I mean, I love my job. I love how when I finished my codes, it is working. The satisfaction gives me relief and excitement! Perhaps that's why it seems as though I'm a workaholic. I seek for perfection (though it may seem not perfect). I know I could always ask for delay if I know that the time is tight for me, but I like to push myself just so I know I can do it actually.
I'm totally fine with working the extra hours just so I could complete my task. They say I'm like that because I'm new. Maybe. As long as I have the passion or the fire, I don't see why not?
I feel even though it may not be healthy to think about work all the times but I don't mind doing it. As long as I know how to find some excitement to balance it along the way~
OK! Back to work. I just thought of some possible solution =D

Hey girl, I suggest your boss to read this post. HAHAHA..
Btw, your attitude as good as mine,haha....During my first 6 years working life, I was also a workaholic, working OT till late night or weekend or holiday were just small cup of tea to me.
But two advices for this, firstly, work long hours does not guarantee you have a good financial return to you. It always depends on whether your company is earning money AND your boss LIKE you. In other words, if you don't get the ROI you wish, you soon will feel demotivated. OT will only get you demotivated more. THEREFORE, make sure you attach to a company that appreciate and can pay you handsomely for your hard work!
Secondly, work smart, and completing your work without any OT, that's what we call efficient. Long working hours kill your efficiency slowly without you even knowing it!
That's my nagging for today. Nice blog, I'll pay visit to here frequently, cheers ~
Hey Dark Tea,
It's not that I'm expecting a return. I'm doing it out of responsibility. Sure, work will never end, but the satisfaction of getting what you doing work is priceless.
I tried to work smart, I'm not in par with other colleagues skills or experience, therefore I do feel that I need to work harder and longer hours to cover up most of the time that I've spent to look for answers.
I'll take your word for my improvement. Thank you.
Enjoy your visit :)
