Last Friday I hang out with my uni mates after so long.
I dragged Jon along with me so that I could officially introduce him to my group of friends. :D
It was kind of a last minute plan because Johnson invited after lunch that day. On Whatsapp.
Let me just make a short announcement here..
JOHNSON CAN WHATSAPP ALREADY!!
Awww.. Johnson.. Finally got into the smartphone world after so long hesitating.
Now, the boss has spoken.
Meet up for dinner, at mamak!
I've always been wondering how big can the roti tisu from Kayu be. I saw it in pictures before, but I just couldn't stop wondering how big can it be. So I suggested to go there just to try the famous huge roti tisu.
That night, the meeting time was 8:30 pm.
Well, I was late .. Chua reached first. I was lost on my way. *damn GPS*
I don't even know how to get to Giza mall.
But thanks to Chua's guide when we were already around Giza, we finally reached or destination at Kayu.
The big boss and lady boss was late too. It's Friday, it was quite a jam everywhere.
Anyway, I was so excited to finally get to order the huge roti tisu!
And it came...
It literally need 3 normal sized plates to hold the roti tisu. It was just that huge.
I suppose it's 1m long.
Let me add some effect to exaggerate it.

Jon discovered the inside view of the roti and took picture of it! It looks pretty cool too..
Let me try to insert some effect to this view too..

This looks so much better with the effect. HAHAHA.
Anyway, that night we just chatted things that had been going on around our lives..
After so long that we didn't meet, there's a lot to catch up.
I was initially quite worried that Jon might not be able to understand our topic but it seems that I was over worried. Things have been going well so far. *sorry dear if I made you lost*
Initially Johnson said he wanted to interview Jon. But it seems that the boss had been quiet that night.
Chua did most of the interview. HAHA.
Random comment:
Tsktsktsk.. Look at the youngsters nowadays with their smartphones.
Hands were so busy even when hanging out! tsktsktsk...
Should really play the phone game.
Johnson then called Toh to come over to Kayu since this he has finished his work and he stays nearby.
We chatted and laughed most of the night.
Toh came over for a short time until Mai's tiredness starts to kicks in and we called it a night. ^^
I really enjoyed hanging out with them.
Chatting with friends after so long.
I miss hanging out with them.
But next time, let's not choose mamak,
Let's go somewhere where we could talk, not shout.
I literally had to shout to talk.
My voice was overwhelmed by the noise at the mamak.
My mood had surely gone better after that night :D
