i googled and came across ur blog. i cant understand why ptptn have these stupid people manage their website. i have tried few times intended to pay my loan but i can't find where is the formal EFES, when i found it and click on it, nothing came out after i key in NRIC the wost thing is even their help page doesn't work.
I know right? Their "forgot password" function is so faulty. Told me that my email is not registered when I did get email from them the last time. Then when I checked for my loan status, they said my information was not found. So what is it? My information not found so I don't hav to pay? zzz.. But then I still get their spam sms' on my mobile. Their website is just too faulty.
